Arrival window
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll give you a call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee.
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization. After our service is completed, you will receive an invoice via email. Your payment through the invoice is the service charge.
